What is Project Feline?

Project Feline is a third-person parkour game with a unique anime art style. You play as the feline-human hybrid, Gabriella, equipped with her reflex-augmenting FELINE Suit. Gabriella can ride walls, grind on rails and slide across the ground at high speed!

Who is developing Project Feline?

Project Feline is being developed independently by Raymond Cripps.

Are volunteers being accepted to help with development?

Public volunteers are not being accepted at this time.

What platform(s) is Project Feline being developed for?

Project Feline is being developed for Windows and Linux. MacOS and home console ports are under consideration. The availability of Project Feline across different platforms other than Windows and Linux will depend on production and budget constraints.

Will Project Feline be available on Steam?

It is currently undecided as to where the final product will release. The prototype is currently available on itch.io as a free download.

Will Project Feline have a campaign/story?

 

While the scale and events of the story are still undecided at this stage of development, the game’s levels will follow alongside a narrative of some capacity.

 

Will Project Feline have multiplayer?

All gameplay systems are being actively developed to accommodate for local and online multiplayer. However, there is no guarantee that such features will be present in the final product. The inclusion of this feature will depend on production and budget constraints.

Will Project Feline be set in an open-world or linear maps?

Project Feline is in pre-production and current gameplay demos and footage may not represent the final product. The concept of open areas for the player to explore are on the table, however development is currently focused on linear map content. The quantity and nature of map content will depend on production and budget constraints.

Will Project Feline include a level editor or Steam Workshop support?

The concept of a level editor is on the table, however currently no efforts are being made for an in-game level editor. The inclusion of this feature will depend on production and budget constraints.

When is Project Feline expected to release?

Project Feline is in pre-production and is estimated to release in Q2 2021.
